When will I see my proof?
Please ensure when ordering that the details for your blanket are all correct we will always send you a sample proof via email first within 1-2 days of ordering. We ideally like you to approve this before printing however if we haven’t had a response to our mock up email within 48 hours we will assume approval and print and send – please be vigilant on your emails so you don’t miss your approval.
When will I receive my blanket?
We pride ourselves on being fast and efficient without jeopardising the quality of our printed blankets at this point in time we are working within a week turn around time. (This does not include postage time)
How will I get my blanket?
Australia post – our website sends you a dispatched notification when it’s sent, this includes your tracking code.
Please visit https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/ to estimate your delivery times – Enter postcode 3350 as “FROM” this will give you an estimate on how long postage will take from us to you.
